Goods are despatched from
our warehouse in Oxfordshire or direct from the manufacturer. It is not possible
to collect in person except for larger orders and then only by prior arrangement.
We have included in our prices standard delivery charges to major metropolitan areas in the UK.
This will ordinarily be a 24 hours next working day service. It may be necessary
to charge for shipment if the destination is not, in the opinion if
our carriers, within mainland UK and subject to standard rates.
Returns Information
Your right to return goods is protected by the Distance Selling Act 2000.
If you are unsatisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods.
We will offer you an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping costs) provided that the products are returned unopened, unused,
in saleable condition and with the original packaging.
If you wish to return goods under the conditions above, or if the product develops a fault, before returning any product to us
you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) reference
number. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the returns department at returns@upsmart.co.uk. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging
and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be.
This is because different manufacturers may have different rules for fulfilling warranty claims. Note that we cannot accept delivery of any package without an authorised RMA number. However for information our general returns address is:

You must pay the cost of
transportation to the service depot, and UPSMart will bear the cost of returning
the product to you. UPSMart reserve the right to repair the unit or replace
with one of a similar age and specification.
